David A. Scupp is an associate in Constantine Cannon's New York Office. David joined the firm in 2008 and concentrates his practice on commercial and antitrust litigation. David has successfully represented financial institutions, corporations, directors, officers, and individuals, both as plaintiffs and defendants, before numerous federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings.

David has written and been interviewed extensively on matters relating sports antitrust law. His analysis has been quoted in a wide range of national publications including USA Today, Sports Illustrated, and CBSSports.com. David is also a member of the New York City Bar Association's Sports Law Committee.

Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, David practiced as a litigation associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where he represented clients in complex securities and derivative litigations, as well as a variety of commercial disputes.

David earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2005, and a B.S. in commerce with a concentration in finance from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce in 2002.

David is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
