Marlene Koury is an attorney in the New York office of Constantine Cannon. Ms. Koury joined the firm in 2007 and works in the firm's antitrust and commercial litigation practices.
Ms. Koury received her J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University in 2005. While studying law, she worked as a Research Assistant in environmental and housing law and received an Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law for her seminar paper, "The Rhetoric of Equality Analysis: Conflating Equality with Rights." Additionally, Ms. Koury conducted research for the Access to Justice Institute Hague Convention Project, which provides resources to U.S attorneys who litigate international parental child abduction cases in U.S. Courts. Ms. Koury received her B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Washington.
