Aymeric "Rick" Dumas-Eymard is an attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of Constantine Cannon and focuses his practice on antitrust litigation and counseling, as well as general commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, Mr. Dumas-Eymard was an associate in the Brussels, Belgium office of Hogan & Hartson LLP, where he represented clients in international merger investigations and counseled corporations on compliance with EU competition law with respect to IP licensing agreements, distribution agreements and strategic alliances.

Mr. Dumas-Eymard holds an LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from King's College London School of Law, as well as a Master of European Law from the University of Maastricht (Netherlands) and an LL.M. from the George Washington University Law School.

Mr. Dumas-Eymard is admitted to the New York State Bar. He is not currently admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and his work is supervised by principals of the firm. His practice is limited to matters and proceedings before federal courts and agencies.
