Alee Scott is an Associate in the New York office of Constantine Cannon. Alee joined the Firm as an Associate in September 2006 and works in the Firm's antitrust and commercial litigation practices.

Alee began working with the Firm in May 2005 as a Summer Associate. During this time, she assisted with the Firm's representation of News America Marketing, a division of News Corporation, in an antitrust trial before the Northern District of California.

Alee received her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in June 2006, where she worked as a Research Assistant in antitrust law for Professor Edward D. Cavanagh. Her law school awards include First Place, Tinnelly Moot Court Competition, Quarter-Finalist, Albany Law School Moot Court Competition, and the Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law.

Alee is co-editor of the Sherman Act Section 2 Monthly E-Bulletin for the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. She is a member of the Antitrust Sections of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, and is a member of the New York Women Antitrust Lawyers Group.

Alee received her B.A. with honors in Politics from New York University. She lives in New York City with her husband, Ian.
