Conroy C. Harding is an attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of Constantine Cannon. Mr. Harding joined the firm in September 2008 and concentrates his practice on antitrust litigation and counseling, as well as general commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, Mr. Harding was an associate of the Washington, D.C. firm of Covington & Burling LLP, where he concentrated his practice in employment litigation and the defense of federal government investigations. Before joining Covington Mr. Harding was a litigation associate in the New York, NY firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

Mr. Harding earned his J.D. with honors from the Howard University School of Law in 2005. While in law school, he served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Howard Law Journal. Mr. Harding received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the Florida A&M University, School of Business and Industry.

Mr. Harding is admitted to practice before courts in the state of New York and in the District of Columbia.
