David Golden joined Constantine Cannon as an attorney in 2008. He works in the firm's antitrust litigation and counseling, commercial litigation, and government agency practices.

Mr. Golden represents clients in both federal and state court as well as various government agencies. His representation has included litigation in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and administrative filings before the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Maritime Commission.

Mr. Golden graduated from The George Washington University Law School in May 2007. During law school, he interned with the Hon. David Folsom in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and clerked at Constantine Cannon throughout his second and third years.

Prior to law school, Mr. Golden held positions with several software companies, including Macromedia and The MathWorks. He is the author of ColdFusion MX with Dreamweaver MX, published by New Riders Press (2002).

Mr. Golden is admitted to the Maryland Bar. He is not currently admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, and his work is supervised by principals of the firm.
