Evan P. Schultz is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Constantine Cannon. He joined the firm in May 2008, and concentrates his practice on litigation and public policy.

Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, Evan worked as an associate at other law firms in Washington, D.C. His practice has focused on writing briefs at all levels of the federal court system, including the United States Supreme Court, and in administrative agencies. His experience includes cases involving administrative, commercial, white collar, and trade law, and he also has worked on several pro bono cases. Further, Evan has represented clients in Congress and in federal agencies.

In addition to his law firm experience, Evan worked as counsel to Senator Dianne Feinstein on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and as a columnist and editor at Legal Times. He clerked for Judge Rosemary Barkett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and for Justice Jay Rabinowitz of the Alaska Supreme Court.

Evan received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1995, and at the same time received his M.A. in legal history. Before law school, he studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem as a Raoul Wallenberg Scholar from 1991 to 1992, and received his B.A. in history from Columbia College in 1991.
