Shinder, Managing Partner of Constantine Cannon's New York office and Richard Pike, litigation partner at the firm's London office, hosted a workshop in London on the recent European Court of Justice's judgment dismissing MasterCard's final appeal against a 2007 antitrust infringement decision by the European Commission regarding interbank fees for cross-border payment card transactions.
