Abby S. Milstein is one of the founding partners of Constantine Cannon. She was formerly Assistant Commissioner of the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs and in that capacity supervised the entire legal staff of that agency. She was Director of Legal Writing and Adjunct Professor at Cardozo Law School and was Assistant to Professor Gary Bellow, the Director of the Harvard Law School's clinical legal education program.

Ms. Milstein is active in numerous bar associations and civic activities and is the former Chair of the Committee on Legal Education and Admission to the Bar of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

She is currently a trustee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York Fund, Inc. and President of the New York Legal Assistance Group, a privately funded legal aid organization. Ms. Milstein received her A.B. Magna Cum Laude from Harvard in 1973 and her J.D. Magna Cum Laude from the Harvard Law School in 1976.
