Todd Anderson is a partner at the law firm of Constantine Cannon. Mr. Anderson has broad experience litigating and lobbying as well as performing general counsel and trustee duties for corporations, trade associations, and multi-industry coalitions. Areas of law covered include antitrust, intellectual property, Sarbanes-Oxley, electronic payments, criminal, healthcare, transportation, and telecommunications.
Immediately prior to joining Constantine Cannon in January 2006, Mr. Anderson was counsel to the Antitrust Modernization Commission, a federal bipartisan commission with a mandate to review the nation's antitrust laws and recommend changes to Congress and the President. Prior to this government service, Mr. Anderson was in private practice at Patton Boggs in Washington, D.C. and Bingham McCutchen in San Francisco. Specializing in antitrust law and complex commercial litigation, Mr. Anderson has represented clients in federal and state court as well as before the U.S. Congress, Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, International Trade Commission, European Commission, Copyright Royalty Board, and state Attorneys General and legislatures. His extensive business counseling includes serving as outside general counsel. Mr. Anderson also has worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, providing leading corporations strategic and management advice to create and maintain competitive advantages. Mr. Anderson earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his Master of Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government in 1997. During graduate school he taught microeconomics and macroeconomics courses to undergraduates at Harvard University. He earned an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992, spending one year abroad studying at the London School of Economics. |
