Furthermore, in the last few days, we have confirmed an exciting addition to the agenda. Gordon Schnell Esq., Partner, Constantine Cannon will beproviding his unique and balanced perspective on the White Paper and future of private litigation in Europe. Gordon is Partner of Constantine Cannon, a New York based law firm specializing in antitrust litigation.  Constantine Cannon are best known for their landmark antitrust victory against Visa and MasterCard on behalf of roughly 5 million U.S. merchants where they recovered more than $3 billion in monetary relief and tens of billions more in injunctive relief.  This remains the largest antitrust settlement in U.S. history.  Gordon was one of the lead lawyers on that case and is currently leading two other very high profile antitrust class actions -- one against the funeral industry, and one against the title insurance industry.  The latter case was recently the subject of a front page story of the Wall Street Journal. Gordon has spoken and written frequently on the subject, most recently for the European Competition Law Journal, and has a related article that will be coming out in the April issue of the Competition Law Review.

Register your place today to join Gordon and our high-calibre speakers and delegates from the UK’s top law firms.
